In my opinion this shop has become much more worse. Mind you, i was a paying customer on many previous occasions. Nowadays they do not allow you to freely test and smell the perfumes. Then what is the point of having a shop space? You might as well convert and save the rental and do online sales.
Then the shop assistant is more powerful and better than having a cctv because she has cctv eyes. She can tell you i saw you many times coming here to test perfumes. Not too sure what is the definition of many times when we only make probably make 1 visit a month there to check perfumes. And to top it off, they can disgust you and spoilt your shopping experience by telling you, you want you buy, dont keep test. No wonder i don't see much crowd anymore with this shop the last few times i was there 😂

Best perfume store in SG!! Pls get ur perfumes here!! Affordable and nice! Many variety to choose from. Friendly seller. Brought many perfumes from here Pure XS Her, Prada Paradoxe Intense, Qissa Pink, Her Confessions, Teriaq intense! All very nice and long lasting

When I went to the store I was suspicious about how cheap it was so I asked the lady if it was real and if it was do you have any proof she immediately said “are you talking rubbish get out or I call police” I was very shocked as most other cologne and perfume stores would have proved that it was real. I felt very uncomfortable so I walked away and she said “come back here now” I was quite scared as she was very loud and very dominant. I would recommend that you go to Sephora where you can get real colognes.

Once I entered I saw the cheap prices and was a bit suspicious because it was really cheap and I wanted to confirm that it wasn’t fake. Me and my friend were just asking for the confirmation and the seller was saying that we were talking rubbish. As soon as we asked, she was forcing us that she would call the police and she was being racist to us since she said that I wasn’t a local. DO NOT COME HERE

Terrible terrible service. No matter which outlet (Lucky Plaza or Jurong Point) , as soon as you enter their store you will be followed and pressured to quickly buy their perfumes. I understand the custom of not spraying their testers as they are a local business but you can’t smell their testers through their atomisers without them trying to force you into making a decision quickly. When my friend and I were walking around the store trying to decide which perfume we should buy, the staff lady asked whether we were gonna buy anything and told us to leave if we weren’t. Moreover, I bought a perfume from them once and the cap was broken. Please don’t come here unless you really have no other places to buy your perfumes from. Look at TikTok Shop and Shopee first for discounted perfumes

Very disappointed , I bought the azzaro the most wanted And it is indeed look very authentic but the moment i use the perfume on me it doesn't last a min and the fragrance scent is tooo weak , can't even smell . Highly recommend to avoid this store!!

Jurong Point Outlet,Worst experience ever! I was greeted politely at first, but things quickly went downhill. While browsing perfumes, the man working there refused to let me use the testers myself, which I could understand. However, after smelling 3-4 perfumes, I decided to leave so I could do more research before buying. That’s when things turned rude. The man signaled to his colleague, a woman with a very unpleasant expression, who came over and bluntly told me, ‘If you’re not buying, don’t ask to smell the testers.’ Is this how customers are treated for something as basic as testing perfumes in a perfume shop? Completely unacceptable!

I have been getting perfumes from this branch since 2020 and i always look for Diana who's very knowledgeable, helpful and knows what I'm looking for. This time I bought lots of miniature perfume sets and as always, excellent service from Diana and Jade. Thank you very much ladies!
