Had a dinner for two here. Ordered a Shrimp pork dumpling, signature pork chop rice and wontan noodles. The food is the usual Ding Tai Fung standard, the service is average with relatively short waiting time and prompt service. However still feel a bit understaffed. After all no complaints and had a decent meals!

The dumplings seem to be getting smaller. But they are they flavourful with good stock inside the dumpling. Service and atmosphere are the usual Din Tai Fung standard. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Good Ol’ DTF food. The XLB at this location seems to be especially good. The Chocolate XLB is unfortunately not as great as many make it out to be. Our only complaint is that the waiter got kind of weirdly rude when we asked for mayo for our Fried Wontons. Yes, mayo is not chinese, but we do not need that sass on a Wednesday night out. But I digress—this is a relatively reliable and un-crowded spot recommended for your next DTF fix.

Restaurant : Nice set up. Spacious, Bright 🔆, clean 🧼 and fresh flowers 🌺 / live plants 🌿. Everything you can hope for in a top-rated restaurant can be found here. Cutleries 🍽️ are clean just like their tables and chairs 🪑. At 6pm 🕕, I entered and it was fairly empty. By 7pm 🕖, almost every table is filled. So come early. Service : It’s another self-scan QR Code and self-order restaurant 🧾. It’s the most common thing these days and I reckon it is made possible with technology 📲, but it clearly takes away the person-to-person 🙋‍♂️💁🏼‍♀️🧑‍🧒communication skills. The recommendation of dishes 🍲🍜🥟 from the mains all the way to desserts 🍨☕️ is no longer a possibility. However, having been to many Din Tai Fung, I give thumbs 👍 up to the service team at this Centerpoint outlet! Amazing services from them 💁🏼‍♀️, especially the servers. “Sir your food is here, please enjoy”, “Sir all your food has arrived, if you need more help, please let me know?” And the young girl that tops up the Chinese tea 🫖came by 5️⃣ times during our meals to do so. It’s not the “Sir”, it’s the fulfilment to make small talk that’s truly missing in most restaurants today. Whoever has been training the team here, well done. This makes up for the missing interactions when placing an order via QR code. Food : Can’t go wrong with Din Tai Fung ✅✅✅ because the dishes are always well prepared with fresh ingredients 🥩🦐🧄🥬. It is almost a given no matter which outlet you go to. Consistent, good and delicious 😋! Still I will share a pro tip on eating the Xiao Long Bao 🥟🥟🥟here. Bite 😬 a small Hole on the Bao, then pour the juice out onto your spoon 🥄. Then dip the bao into your condiments / chilli 🌶️ sauce. Then return the Bao 🥟back to the spoon and you can eat / drink the Bao together with that spoonful of juice! Or… risk an explosion of juice when you bite in LOL 🤣. And the highly recommended dishes are Prawn 🍤 Pancake, Mini Cucumber 🥒, Pork 🐷 Chop Fried Rice 🍚 and Beef 🐮 Noodles. Overall a good dining experience for the evening. Possibly one of the better Din Tai Fung outlets here in Singapore 🇸🇬.

Food was great. Excellent quality. But understandably on the pricey side. Mains are like minimum $14++. Xiaolongbao from $13++ for 10 pieces. But everything was tasty and fresh. All of that with tax was nearly $100 for 3 pax. Not exactly a cheap meal but definitely quality. We ordered favorites like pork XLB, veg pork dumplings (TWICE!), pork chop fried rice - pork was juicy and not dry at all + the rice was wonderfully done, beef braised noodles (on the salty side) and I love the chilli crab buns. Staff were all helpful and friendly despite being very busy. The whole atmosphere was very bustling and noisy. It was a bit hard to chat above the noise but that’s a Chinese restaurant for you. It might be difficult to get a table during meal times and weekends especially so go early if you wanna dine there. Update Aug 2025: Chili crab xiaolongbao is nice. Promotion during July / Aug annually. There’s some credit card promotions but staffs are not so well versed with the terms & conditions so it’s conflicting info. In the end the promos are not that great. For 4 pax it’s over $130. The desserts are TINY. The papaya fungus can be bigger portion. It’s just too small and too ridiculously priced for that even though the taste is not bad. Quite disappointed with the dessert. Overall stars reduced.

The atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. We love visiting Din Tai Fung whenever we crave for some modern Chinese cuisine. My husband and I always have this automatic order which we always eat. We love their cucumber slice, pork slice, sweet and sour soup, xiao long bao and oriental salad in special vinegar dressing. So far those are the best menu we love here. We also love their vegetable rice but some branches have either oily or salty fried rice. Nonetheless, we still love it.

Who doesn’t love their soup dumplings? They are tasty and so full of delicious soup. We also like their fresh vegetables, pork chops fried rice and fried noodles. Why the 4 stars? Yes they are good but I have soup dumplings that’s just as good or even better elsewhere. Nevertheless Din Tai Fung is a solid choice.

good service. food tastes standard DTF. we went in on the dot of last order and they were accommodating with the time as we were decisive with what we wanted to get. service was fast and efficient despite them having to clean up clear up the other tables and serving a latecomer like us. water was frequently topped up without asking them. fast service good the XLB xiao long bao tasted standard at this DTF but throughout, i just feel Dtf xiao long bao broth now is so little and not as salty as i wanted/ unlike last time. fried rice with pork can’t go wrong very standard CENTREPOINT DTF service good and fast. can visit if you in somerset/ in town and want DIN TAI FUNG

Standard food but one of the less crowded outlets in town. You can scan the QR code first to get in the virtual queue. We tried the new chocolate lava bun and chocolate mochi xlb, and reviews were mixed. The sea salt cream (free till end of the year) paired well with the chocolate. Personally felt that the bun was a little hard, and the xlb was a more unique take on the dessert.
