Doesn't even worth 1 star!!!! They dont send my package with many excuses. I sent key in an envelope. I even open the envelope and show it to the cashier the key. and they told me i need invoice 30 hours after I dropped the package. I need the package so urgently and they called my whatsapp 30hoursafter I dropped the package.... servjce is bad, unresponsible, no manner! they told me that i gave the wrong handphone number. if it is wrong then how they called me today? weird! DHL should stop this agent !!!
