Andrew and his team at reception are exceptional and always try their best to accommodate to my needs in term of appointments and changes. My first experience at another outlet wasn’t great, but I believe everyone deserves a chance to improve and most importantly is to love your job. I really appreciate the customer service team for following up on my concerns.
My follow-up visit at the Orchard outlet on 16 Aug for EMS airflow cleaning was excellent! Highly recommend Ms. Lee Yean to everyone. She’s kind, patient, and professional! The receptionist was also very friendly. Really glad I came here!

Been a customer for 4 years plus and it’s still my go to dentist. Have been following Dr Maria for a long time! She is great and gentle - really no complaints! This outlet definitely feels more premium especially with the skyline and they even placed a TV above the dental seat so you get to watch TV while they clean your teeth.
