I had an excellent experience today with Wan( or called One). He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable to help us with the size of Inline Skates. He also took time to explain how to wear it properly to my boys. His patience and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate his assistance. Thank you Wan.

Gareth help us with the first bike purchase for our son and installed the training wheels. He also patiently explained to us on how to install the stopper in the future when my son does not need the training wheels anymore. Thanks for the great service!

I was at Decathlon Orchard on 26/12/25 night with my wife and daughter looking for some 'serious' winter stuffs. We needed some professional advice. We were glad we were served by Ms Gokila. She was super friendly, super knowledgeable with the products and forthcoming with advices, and super friendly. Apparently, she is 'in a league of her own' as no fewer than 4 staff whom I enquired with refer me to her 'as the lady in blue'. ;) I hope she keeps up her positive spirit and brings great shopping experience to customers at Decathlon Orchard!
