It's located inside the Fair Place store, behind the cash register on the drug section side. It's easy to see from the outside, but it's hard to find from inside.

Inside Fairprice near the checkout counter. Can only do withdrawals and only 10 and 50 dollar bills

It's inside Fairprice extra, near payment counter. I asked people around, seems no one is familiar about this kiosk. Google address not so helpful, but pictures helped a lot.
