It's located on the left hand side of the door down the stairs facing Orchard Road. You'll easily find it as there is a Ya Kun Kaya Toast shop next door.

Not sure what the rest of the reviews are saying, but the DBS ATM is still functional and it's there at the basement. It's right by Ya Kun Kaya Toast, so if you're coming down the escalator right by Starbucks, turn left and walk towards Din Tai Fung, you should be able to find it before you hit the Ramen restaurant.

DBS ATM has been relocated to B2 near the Sancho Taqueria escalator.

ATM is at basement 2 in lobby A. Standard ATM with only withdrawal services and nothing else.
