I asked if they could adjust Tudor's watch, and the uncle said he could. He ended up hammering my watch. I don't recommend this shop. Check the photo below.

Expensive place to change simple watch straps ($22) and unfortunately went ahead with it. Kicker was part of the strap (movable band) dropped off after less than two weeks. Hence this one star review

This uncle was too busy playing phone and not being professional, he don’t even know what he’s doing when repairing my watch. He even scold my autism sister. This shop doesn’t even have right to exist 😒 …

Came in for a strap pin and battery replacement for a Casio G-Shock. Was provided with very helpful and thorough service. Only downside is that I tried to pay with cc but only wanted cash, which I didn’t have so had to do a DBS transfer.
