Dishonest business, unethical, my helper came here and wanted to upgrade her singtel prepaid card from 4G to 5G, but they told her to buy an M1 simcard instead and said this is exactly the same. I do not recommend anyone to come here as they take advantage of people who are less tech savvy. When i asked about it they questioned if i actually bought my simcard there. Totally dishonest. Go to somewhere else instead, other stores on the same floor are much more honest and helpful.
