I walked in without an appointment for a simple wash and blow, and was lucky to only wait about 10 minutes before Ocen could attend to me. He was incredibly meticulous and attentive throughout the entire service - even better than what I'd expect for a walk-in wash and blow!
Ocen used both a hair dryer and tongs to give my bob a really stylish finish, and he quickly trimmed my ends as well. He clearly went above and beyond what I came in for. The attention to detail really showed in the final result.
The service cost $38 for short hair, which I thought was very reasonable given the quality. I would definitely recommend Ocen!

Pretty chill salon and the staff are very easy going as well as understanding. The prices are affordable as well. Will recommend it! My hair stylist was Ocen, very kind and understanding guy as wel. Had a good conversation with throughout my perm.

Ralph has been my go-to hair stylist for the past ~8 years. Cutting my hair with him is always an enjoyable experience - the quality of his cuts is top-notch.
Studio is clean, bright, spacious and has good vibes. Also a big plus that it's very conveniently located. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a new hairdresser!

First time visiting this salon and had a very pleasant experience. Ocen - my hair stylist gave me advice for the hair color and Hair dye. He did a pretty good job and very generous to share his hair coloring touch up for light color tone.
Ocen communicated well and understood my needs for the hair style and hair dye! His service was amazing and relaxing! Definitely will go back for the hair dye and hair cut!

The best hairdressing salon! Great cuts, colours, perms, products and service at great value. Ocen has been my hairstylist for over 10 years and I honestly have never felt a need to look elsewhere. He is reliable and knows my hair better than I know it myself - he listens to my wants, yet excels as an artist in recommending me the best style which would suit me given my hair texture/condition/vibe I’m feeling at a particular point in my life. Ocen has recently opened a beautiful salon of his own, and I absolutely love the new beautiful space on the 3rd floor of Orchard Gateway. I’ve recommended Ocen to many of my own friends and would not hesitate to recommend Cut It Studio to any of my friends in need of a great hair cut/colour.

He is quite patient and listen to what customers want to do.The salon itself is clean and minimalist. Since it is in the heart of the town, it is quite covenient. I’ve been coming to Ocen for about 5 years and would call myself a regular. He literally transformed my tired looking limp hair into a sharp, clean bob which is easy to maintain and never out of date. With his advice my hair quality has also improved. The studio is very conveniently located along Orchard Rd, decor is tastefully minimal and the space is super clean. No hard selling, just always a relaxing and reenergizing experience every time I visit. My only regret is I never found Ocen earlier!
