I have been going for treatment at Cove Aesthetics for 8 months now. Dr Gabriel Tan is very caring, thorough and will recommend what treatment suits your skin condition. I have been going on different aesthetics clinics in Asia, but so far Dr Gabriel Tan have been my best aesthetics doctor so far.

Extremely disappointing experiences at this clinic. The service has gone from bad to worse over time. The staff seem more interested in pushing sales than actually caring about clients’ concerns or results. When I raised issues about worsening skin texture and pigmentation after their laser treatments, I was told I needed to come in for more treatments! Nothing like a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.
Moreover, based on today’s experience, they also have no respect for clients’ time. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment only to be told I was too early. Firstly, that comment was so unnecessary. Then 5 minutes after my scheduled time, I was asked to wait another 15 minutes because the previous client came late. Maybe you should have told me that before! Why should punctual clients be penalised for that?
I have already asked for a refund on the remaining balance, though I doubt that will happen. So at this point, I intend to finish up my package. Once that is done, I will not be stepping foot in this place again.
Overall, this clinic has lost my trust. If you value honesty, respect, and proper care, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Been here for both facials and laser treatments, and the experience has been consistently great. Everything is smooth, from booking to follow-up. The staff are friendly and professional, also take their time to explain the procedures in detail. Dr Gabriel and Dr Rachel are thorough and make sure the treatment is tailored to my needs. I’ve noticed there is an improvement in my skin texture and appearance

Hi, just to reiterate what i mentioned earlier, i dont think it was right that i was not informed of the additional cost today. I came in believing i can fnish up my balance stress free. It was not right to add and then leave me with no choice but to pay for the balance then sell me the credits to make it look more worth it. Ive been with cove for years so i think this should be more fair. As a doctor or a manager, you let patients know the treatment and cost that comes with it. You d0nt assume and you dont push us against the wall til we dont have a choice. Not saying i wasnt planning to renew but that was unethical and unfair to patients.
Do let your doc and manager know because this goes into online reviews and feedback. I think i was just being too kind to let it go and pay. And no... a free treatment does not make up. Thanks.

I would like to thank Dr Gabriel and Yomi for their wonderful, attentive and professional service rendered. I went in for a pico trial last week and they treated me with great detail and care. Both the consultation and the laser treatment were meticulously executed and Dr Gabriel also gave great advice on my skin care routine. Nothing felt shortened or rushed even though this was a trial at a discounted rate and there was no hard selling, just short quick sharing on bundle rates.

I’ve been coming to Cove Aesthetics for laser and facial skin therapies, and my experience has been excellent. Dr Gabriel always takes the time to clearly explain the procedures and answer my questions, which makes me feel very comfortable and well-informed. The clinic assistants are also very friendly and helpful and it’s a welcoming environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional skin treatments!

Dr Rachel and Dr Gabriel are both amazing! They’re very detailed, professional, and patient in explaining everything, which really made me feel at ease. I truly appreciate their care and expertise. The team is also super friendly, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Ms. Snow was very gentle and thorough during the facial, she made sure my face was properly cleansed before the treatment, which made me feel well taken care of. I’m also really grateful to Dr. Sharon, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout my visits. Her care and advice have made a visible difference in treating my scars and facial pimples. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive, professional aesthetic care!

Well I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was so horrible that I have to warn others.
I was told on WhatsApp they do Botox per area for $280. Now they kept hard selling to take the 50 unit for $800 package. I been to them once before with the $280 price and even though they were some hard sell - I still went for it at the time. But today they took hard sell to another level. I am seriously disgusted with the service and said if I don’t take this package then they won’t do my Botox. I was appalled with such a statement - I mean I am a returning customer, the least you can do is honour what you have communicated on WhatsApp, which is $280 per area.
So I just stood up and left. Disgusted! The doctor was Doctor Sharon. I have been to many aesthetics clinics, and in many countries; and this is by far the worst service I have ever gotten. The entire reception team was just horrible and very pressuring to buy their package.
Bunch of scammers and hard sellers!! Please do your Botox or treatment anywhere else! We are not short of aesthetics clinics in Singapore!
