Kenneth is extremely knowledgeable with audio and visual systems. He was also incredibly helpful and patient with all the questions that we had.
Ultimately decided on a Sony 55” TV, paired with soundbar and subwoofer. The bundle price is amazing compared to other retailers or online stores.

I was initially planning to browse and consider options for a laptop, but I ended up purchasing the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 after asking several questions and doing some research. A big thank you to Eric Chang, who was very patient and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the various laptop and took time to share the comparison and difference in specs. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Eric even went the extra mile by explaining how to check the specifications on the laptop, what to look out for in the future, and also helped with the installation of my Microsoft Office.
