It was a rainy day and I approached the stall not to purchase any food, but to ask if there was any sheltered path to get to paragon mall, as I did not have an umbrella. I was served by Mr Ejoy. He told me that unfortunately there was no sheltered path, but he did not hesitate to offer me an umbrella to use. Just want to say thank you Ejoy for treating even a non customer with such kindness!

I went to get myself a milkshake, was given a hand pounded crushed ice with milk instead. I questioned how a milkshake should be and was told, “this is how my customers like their milkshake” but I am sure with my past 40 years experience, I can differentiate a milkshake to a crushed ice with milk. Super disappointing.
Response to owner: I am very certain it was offered to me when I was unable to decide what I wanted. And FYI I patronised your store quite some time back and my server was a gentlemen on a microphone. I hope I clarified myself.

To the lady working 120224 at 1715H. I lined up like everyone else. Saw the CNY surcharge from the previous order and asked about it. You just mumbled something and then asked the person behind for their order instead. 🙄
