I got the name of the clinic from our insurance. I contacted them more than 2 weeks before and asked for a direct billing to avoid the long procedure of submitting papers for claim. SURPRISINGLY, just when I come for my appointment, they inform me that I have to write in a paper my credit card references in case of billing rejection???!!!!... Just that!!! Or no direct billing !!!.
In any moment this procedure has been shared before, despite I contacted them several times to be sure they contacted my insurance. THEY made me waste my time, I left and I won't recommend this place. So NON professional.

I had a great experience at CHI Clinic during my two years in Singapore, and I highly recommend it, especially for expats. Dr. Colin and his team – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – took excellent care of me. From the start, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and how they truly cared about my health.
As an expat, it can be hard to find a good doctor, but CHI Clinic made everything easy. Dr. Colin took time to understand my medical needs and always answered my questions. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – were always friendly and helpful.
Whether for regular check-ups or other treatments, I always felt well taken care of. A big thank you to CHI Clinic for all the great care I would definitely recommend CHI Clinic to anyone looking for good healthcare in Singapore.

The most wonderful GP clinic! My husband and I are patients since a few years and feel we are in the best hands. Both Dr Fiona and Dr Colin are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. My kid has a skin issue so Dr. Fiona chang treats my kid very well kindly. All staff also are so kind as well. One of the staff gave him a plastic bag when he had a carsick and under the weather. Recommand here👍 …

I went for the health screening at this clinic.
The staff and serviced rendered were excellent from the reception to the doctor who reviewed us.
Kudos to Dr Soon who was meticulous in explaining our health review and his suggestions on how to lead a healthier life. Not forgetting nurse Sara who did the blood test who was assuring and calm, and best part was there was no pain at all during the process.
If you are driving, just enter Shaw House’s carpark and all the way up the 8th storey and you will see the clinic. Super convenient

I had called in AsiaMedic Imaging for my mother MRI scan as the other we had made appointment earlier forced us to postpone last minute after my mum had done fasting.
AsiaMedic Imaging had understand our difficulty and made appointment and made arrangement for us in the same day.
When we consult with CHI clinic Dr. Soon, he was so understanding and helpful to us.
And the counter staff are friendly and helpful too.
