I was happy with the repairs and the price charged was reasonable.
The people there were all nice and friendly folks.
Had a great chat with the boss, who seemed knowledge about what could be the issues with the iPhones.
The lady service staff was friendly and polite. We had a great chat. Even the Indian technician came out to explain on the conditions of my phone.
I was deeply impressed by the service rendered.
This is a one stop mobile store, customers can buy SIM cards (Singtel only), buy phones and get their phones repaired.
Strongly recommended for anyone who wants to repair the phone.

Amazing customer service and support especially when I came over to get my Jabra Elite Active 8 earbuds fixed as it had audio issues after using for 1 and half years but because it is covered with warranty, the earbuds was fully replaced just waiting time about like a few weeks only. Seamless experience and the lady staff was superbly friendly and helpful! Highly recommended! 💯👍🏻

Staff are polite and understanding. Helped to ensure to send the message across. The staff messaged me once the new item has reached their shop. There was no delay in collection. Once the reference number was given, the item was searched out and presented for testing. The staff was also very enthusiastic in guiding me on pairing and testing. Within 5 mins, the item was checked and ready to go. Thank you for having such a great team!

The service centre personnel was very helpful to handle my service request. As the item was out of stock. They told me to check on 3 weeks times. The notified me and collected the replacement very quickly.
