My LV wallet had some stains due to some mishap happened. Approached multiple stores to rectify by showing them pictures of the wallet. Everyone rejected me and told it’s beyond repair except for Colorwash. Friendly and approachable staff. They took a look at it and took it for analysis to see what they can do. Contacted me few days later and showed me the after pictures. It was good as new. They recommended me to do high density protection coating. I gladly took their advice and I am happy with the result. I will highly recommend their service to others to have their item cleaned. I was so happy with them that I send my other wallet to clean with them.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Very bad customer service, person via email sounds very conceited. Also, don't buy via their website, you can purchase directly at the store. In case your item can't be fixed and then asking for refund etc seems like such a hassle for them.

I must be very disappointed and disgusted for me to write this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COLORWASH. I would like to share my bad experience. I bought the 6 bag voucher on 24 Oct 2021. When I went on 12 Mar 2022 for my last 2 washes, the Korean lady at the counter in Mandarin Gallery refused to take in my 2 bags as I don’t have the voucher. Her reason : someone else could pick up the voucher and have 2 washes. I asked her if she could see in the system that this voucher is left with 2 redemptions, she replied she could. She could also see my name and contact that I purchased the vouchers. I told her since your system can show these information which means after these 2 washes, it would show that it’s fully redeemed. And even if someone picks up, it cannot be used. I also showed her a photo of my receipt. She continued to insist that it is their policy. What kind of era is it now that you have technology but you insist on paper. Even though I told her that I have supported their business from first day when it was a single outlet till now multiple outlets in a few countries, she never react at all which means my customer loyalty over the years does not mean anything to her at all. I felt truly cheated. In fact, I went back twice later when I was in mandarin gallery., to enquire if there is something can be done. The other girls like GG who worked there fully understood my situation but because the Korean lady is the boss, they are unable to help me. In the past, I have also recommended my friends who have used Colorwash upon my recommendation. I have also told them to stop going. Given how badly they treat customers, I do not recommend anyone to patronise Colorwash, nor buy the 6 bag package. There are definitely many other bag cleaning shops who can do a good or better job with very decent customer service.

OMG! Unbelievable!! Their service is SUPER SUPER FAST! If you need your fav bag to be fixed quickly so you can use it!! This is the place!! I love it that they still send you a fact sheet of the product they use and the usage explanation. Additionally, they will not force feed you a package but allow you to decide the service you prefer. I have asked this before and I will ask again! Please share your promotions with me k!!! Very professionally done, Lady Boss really sincere and take pride in her work. Super humble lady.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service from ColourWash. Now I can understand why they only got a 2.9 out of 5.0 rating. My wife brought her sneakers to Colourwash two weeks ago. The sneakers had dust stains on the front canvas part and wanted them cleaned. The leather portions of the sneakers were perfectly fine – just the canvas part was dirtied after some use. When we brought it to Colourwash the lady at their counter said that from their experience they cannot guarantee complete removal of the stains but we will be able to see improvements. That was fine with me and we decided to proceed with it. However, when I picked up the sneakers on Sunday 5 May 2024, I was shocked to see that there was no visible improvement on the stain removal – it was like nothing was done to it. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady at the counter (a different one) and she said she can see improvement and that they told us they would not guarantee. She gave me a Whatsapp number to raise the matter if I am still not happy. I asked for her manager’s number to call so that I can try and get the matter resolved. But the lady insisted that the only way to escalate the matter is to send Whatsapp message. Obviously this is their way of dealing with dissatisfied customers – no one to speak to except exchange messages virtually. We all know what that is like. I reluctantly sent a Whatsapp message, only to have the first lady who received our sneakers replied to my message. She said they made several attempts but did not guarantee that they will remove the stains. I told her that they are supposed to be professionals who have seen these kinds of stains many many times. If they think they cannot improve the appearance then they should say so and I would not have paid $65 to get it done. But instead, they happily took our money and hide behind their “no guarantee” statement. So, readers please do not fall for their trap. If Colourwash cannot do anything to improve the appearance of the sneakers then they should not charge. I would have been happy to pay the full price of $65 if there was some improvement. But there was simply none. When I replied on the WhatsApp that I would like the matter raised to their management, the lady simply ignored and went silent. Unfortunately, this is their “attitude” towards customers – “contact us by Whatsapp with your complaints and if we don’t like it we will not reply”. What a scam !!! I think their review rating will soon go down to 1. Good luck to them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I refer to Colourwash's response to my feedback. The whole purpose of me taking my sneakers to Colourwash was to have the stain removed, not to clean for hygiene purposes. Yes, granted that ColourWash did say that their cleaning does include cleaning for hygiene purposes, however, all the discussions I had with them when I brought the sneakers there was about removing the stain. I did not require cleaning for hygiene purposes. Colourwash said that there will be improvement in the stain but could not guarantee complete removal . So, my conclusion is that Colourwash is not professional after all, and not being honest about their service. If Colourwash is honest about their service and holds their reputation to high regard they would have offered some compromise for not delivering tot he customer what was said and agreed. They never did and instead shut me off on Whatsapp.
