Today, my family and I visited the Orchard Gateway Branch and purchased three jackets, a pair of gloves, and a hat, totaling over $800. We were surprised to find that bags were not provided at the point of sale, and we were informed that each bag would cost $2. Given the substantial nature of our purchase, we believe it is unreasonable to expect customers to carry such large items without adequate packaging or to bring their own reusable bags. I intend to provide this feedback to management, as I believe a customer-centric approach is essential, particularly for a business specializing in winter wear. I hope this feedback will contribute to an improved customer experience in the future.

Awesome & heartwarming staff! My husband & I were assisted by Willy & he really made our day. Not only were his recommendations right on point to what we were looking for, he very promptly provided assistance on measurements / materials, etc. when we needed. I had a good experience in the store. The lady was very approachable. The store offers variety of cold wear you can choose from. The design and the quality of the clothings are good. The time I went, I also got a free face shield. I LOVE the jacket that I bought!The red and blue on picture. I was satisfied with my shopping.

Very unhelpful. The one serving us which was Terence Thai didnt even bother checking with other outlet and unaware of what promotion they are running. He said only can based on 'POS system'. Other outlets has promo but this outlet just tell you they are unable to check. Cant be just orchard exclusively has no promotion while IMM outlet has it and mentioned that it is running for every outlet. Then when asked for an explanation then he came up with their outlet having no such promotion. He gave a promo for just 1 item. How about the other? What is with the mismatched of information. Was told differently from one outlet to another. Tried calling the business account and whatsapp in as well. No answer at all. They didnt even bother responding and i had to get the IMM outlet to ask them to.
