Service was absolutely terrible. Made wrong waffles even though I CLEARLY SAID cappuccino waffles. They didn’t apologise and even told me to wait 15min more. Appalling lack of care for their jobs. Management need to train staff better.
P.s. they even shouted at us that they’re very busy and if we want, we can just get a refund. However, we already waited 30min for some pathetic waffles. We’re not just going to take the refund and leave without service recovery. I’m very angry that they can shout back at customers. This is appalling.

I ordered milk Tea and Tiramisu. Tiramisu was delicious 🤤. Each bite revealed airy sponge soaked just enough to carry the espresso flavor without feeling soggy, balanced by a light sweetness in the cream. That was a satisfying combination.And most important thing was the guy who took my order was really nice and he has a warm and welcoming smile.

The red velvet cake is great. Milk tea is up to standard. But the Strawberry Ade is tasteless, don't waste your money for this. Staff are friendly and sitting space is considered enough if not peaks period. Generally the price is on the high side.

Looking for a place for my coffee break in the mall and I dropped by Coffeesmith. The front of the store have more tables compared to the back. Lots of seating and electrical plugs for charging your devices. The black coffee is good and I sat down and sort of relaxed a bit around here. Its a very busy mall during the weekend and its nice to sorta have a good coffee and just chill for a while.

A strawberry banana bingsu… which had one single strawberry, a few slices of banana, and a generous serving of strawberry syrup 😂
The strawberry tasted so good it blew my mind, I can’t believe the strawberry only cost $18…

We wanted to order mango bingsu but it was out of stock. Ordered chocolate one. Regret. Too sweet. The shaved ice has a gluey weird texture when picked up on spoon. Not the the fluffy type of bingsu ice we are used to. Could not finish at all even though we tried our best. It was also quite expensive at 19.50 dollars after GST. Although portion is big I really hoped that it could be more delicious

Went on a late midweek evening, and there were seats available. We shared a Oreo bingsu after looking at our adjacent table's impressive order of same. It has large chunky Oreos, and looked enticing. Sadly our Oreos look nothing like theirs. Instead they were cracked, sparsely placed. However, the bingsu tasted alright although not out of this world. The ice is the fine powdery type, and the crushed Oreos and vanilla ice cream topping complimented the whole bingsu well generally.

Bing Su model i see and actual Bing Su I get. The bad thing is that the mango is spoiled but they still serve. No much service( we clean table by ourselves) because it has limited man power

Love this outlet tuck at the corner of orchard gateway where I get my coffee fix whenever I needed one.. The fabulous part ain't only about the variations of coffee, tea choices and desserts but more of the services you get from the staff here and did I mention the Brownie?? It's a must try.. this store is open 24hours so you can pop by anytime after shopping around the area.. it's has the cozy and relax ambience..
