Great service on the eye test day. Took more than a week to inform me to collect my contact lens. No emails as well. I had to call them and check. Realised my cellphone number was keyed in wrongly.

Their contact lenses can be harmful to your eyes. I tried the 1-month replacement lenses, but they kept breaking while I was wearing them. I ended up wasting a 3-month supply in less than a month. While the price may be lower, the poor quality makes these lenses far more costly—and dangerous—than reputable brands. It’s simply not worth risking your eye health on such a defective product.
What’s even more concerning is that I’ve since discovered many similar complaints from other customers, yet the company continues to act as if this is the first time they’ve heard of the issue. This kind of response is not only disingenuous—it’s completely unacceptable.

I wear their monthly color lenses for many years. It is really comfortable for sensitive eyes and long hour wear. Really recommend to try Clear Lab lens

Very lousy quality and lens keep tearing. To make things worse, they packed the wrong lens with the wrong perscription to me and expect me to bring it to the store to confirm the error when i sent them the pictures. Please do not think that you are saving money when you purchase from them becauae its penny wise pound foolish! I have since reverted to my usual brand which is more expensive but definitely more reliable. STAY AWAY!

I've been using this brand of daily contact lenses for at least three years. I originally bought them because they were comfortable, but the quality has been getting worse. I often encounter contact lenses with missing corners, foreign objects, and black spots. I'm considering switching to another brand.

I tried their daily disposable lenses and had a major issue. My eyes became irritated immediately after putting the lenses on. It felt like the edges of the lenses were cutting into my eyes. I had to remove them and experienced itchy eyes for several days afterward. Please do not risk your eye health by choosing cheaper lenses. A BIG MIDDLE FINGER TO CLEARLAB

In store experience was okay.
Post purchase was suspicious. Didn’t receive my lenses after the time line given to me. Decided to text the store. They said it’s shipped out but can only get my tracking number the next day. Through out the time I was waiting I never received an email saying my lenses are on the way.
Only right after I messaged, I received that email together with a tracking number.
If you did forget about the order, at least have some accountability to own up to it.
Will not repurchase.

The product quality of the lenses is very inconsistent, the power varies a lot even within the same boxes. Some lenses are not usable at all due to quality variations. Monthly lenses won’t survive the two week mark.
