Don’t know her name but the sales lady working 30/04/2025 at approximately 545PM was so kind and hospitable, went there in hopes for an exchange/refund as there was packaging defects but sadly policy needed me to write in, however she was so kind and understanding, providing me with compensation by helping to wrap my leaking lip oil so that it wouldn’t leak, and providing me a mini version of the lip oil i was using😘 she knew a girlie like me couldn’t survive without my lip oil
