A wonderful experience!
The clinic is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Dr. Terry is an excellent dentist—professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the possible treatment options for our child. The staff were also incredibly kind and friendly, making the visit pleasant from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Been bringing my child to see Dr Terry for many years now. He has successfully erased her initial dental fear, and now she can’t wait to see him every year.
I trust him completely as he never recommended treatment she didn’t need, and always discussed with me the pros and cons of doing any procedure before hand. His reassuring, funny and professional demeanour really puts the whole family at ease. The clinic is very kids-friendly as it does not treat adults.
Dr Terry recently completed early alignment treatment on my child’s teeth and what an amazing difference it has made ! We hope to be able to continue seeing him for many years to come.

I’m so thankful for Dr Terry at Child Smile Dental. My son had a traumatic experience the day with another clinic but today he managed to get his teeth fixed without being traumatised — all thanks to Dr Terry’s patience, gentleness, and genuine care. I could see how much effort he put into coaxing and comforting my son. The clinic itself is very child-friendly, bright, and welcoming — not claustrophobic at all. Dr Terry was awesome. My 18 month old fell and broke his tooth in half at 520pm, and though they were closing at 6pm. They were still happy to help me! He also reassured me through out the appointment and explained everything to me patiently. Highly recommend this dentist and dental practice. The front desk was also very prompt in responding during what seemed like an emergency to this parent!

We've been visiting Dr Terry Teo for my child's dental care for a while now, and each visit reminds us how fortunate we are to have found such a great dentist.

Based on our great experience, we have decided that he is the only dentist we will visit for follow-up treatment, despite the fact that he has moved to a new location that is considerably further away from our house, we are still looking forward to seeing him for the follow-up.
Coincidentally, my sister's twin is also a Dr Terry Teo patient, and they both appreciate his focus and attention to their individual needs.

Dr. Terry is amazing with kids! The whole team at Child Smile is super friendly, and the clinic has such a warm, welcoming vibe. My kid was a bit nervous at first, but Dr. Terry was so patient and gentle that everything went really smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares and knows how to handle little ones. We had an emergency visit to Dr. Elizabeth Tan after our daughter chipped her tooth, and we were really happy with the whole experience. It was her first time at the dentist, and Dr. Tan was incredibly gentle, calm, and great with kids. She managed to soothe and distract our daughter so well. Dr. Tan explained everything clearly—what to expect, what to do, and what to avoid. The clinic staff were friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for kids, warm, welcoming, and not intimidating at all. Truly grateful we found her!

We are incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Terry Teo from Child Smile during a very stressful time. Our child, who has autism, was experiencing severe tooth pain over the festive period. A neighborhood dentist kindly recommended Dr. Terry, and we couldn’t be more thankful.
Typically, dental visits are extremely challenging for our son, but Dr. Terry’s calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put him at ease. For the first time, he willingly sat in the dental chair, something we never thought possible. Dr. Terry was patient, compassionate, and took the time to carefully explain the treatment plan to us.
What impressed us most was that he genuinely had our child’s best interests at heart. Instead of rushing to extract the tooth, as many others might have, he explored every option to save it. The surgery was scheduled promptly, and Dr. Terry provided us with the reassurance we needed. Letting us know it would be quick and that recovery would be smooth.
He also went above and beyond to ensure that the treatment was affordable, which allowed us to address the issue without delay. Choosing Dr. Terry over going through the hospital system—which would have meant waiting months for a surgery slot—was the best decision we made.

We've known Dr Terry Teo for close to 10 years now, and have been bringing our children to see Dr Teo ever since they each sprouted their first tooth (they are now pre-teens). He really sets the bar very high for professionalism, high standards, and most importantly, how he truly cares for his patients. Our kids are very skittish, but they are always very calm during dental appointments. Words can't describe how grateful we are to Dr Teo. His staff are also very lovely and patient. Like old friends already! I could go on and on, and my gratitude is inexpressible. Thank you so much!
