At 7:30, I was informed that cash payments were no longer accepted, yet there was no prior notice or signage indicating this policy. Furthermore, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and very disappointing.

I always bought their 17cm strawberry cake for most birthday celebrations from other outlets. It was soft and fluffy without fail. This was the first time I bought a 20cm strawberry cake from this outlet at Shaw House. It tasted awful, hard and non fluffy. Seems like those that was kept for a week or so, extremely not fresh. So disappointing! Will not buy any cake from them anymore.

The cakes and cream puffs are great. Icecreams are fine too. The moshis used to be better years back. Cakes are good but sometimes if you are unlucky they turn out not so good as other outlets.

A good selection of Mint chocolate, cookies & vanilla and rum & raisins popsicles are a must to have during a hot day.

Enjoyed the persimmon and pear tart. The persimmon and pear were just the right sweetness rest of tart was good too.

Vegan & gluten free ingredients but may have cross contamination? Glad to have found this.
