Bought these sandals and this happened after only 2 days of wear. I understand that sandals would wear out over time, but for it to wear out this quickly in two days surprised me on the quality. I contacted the team via WA who said they would contact the retail team to advise on how they can address it, but I never heard back.

Went to the store today with my sister and had a wonderful shopping experience! My sister and i were served by Adam, who was extremely patient, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He even took the time to recommend items that suited exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to his excellent service, I ended up purchasing 4 items and left the store very satisfied. Love and truly appreciate the great customer service. We will definitely come back again~ Thank you Adam! 🫶🏻

My sister and I visited Charles & Keith Takashimaya today, and we were very satisfied with our shopping experience. Special thanks to Connie Ng, who was extremely patient, friendly, and always had a warm smile on her face. She made us feel genuinely cared for and created such a pleasant shopping atmosphere. We also visited this outlet last year, but unfortunately, the experience then wasn’t great — the staff were unfriendly and seemed impatient. Coming back this year, we were pleasantly surprised to see such an improvement. The service this time was excellent, and we’ll definitely return again because of Connie’s wonderful service!

Design is really nice. However the quality is not good. I recently bought a pair and after the 3rd time I worn it, it started to peel off at the back. Not worth paying just for the design as it doesn't last at all.

Most unfriendly Charles & Keith outlet. The store is quite empty but the staff are busy cleaning, packing and choosing to serve tourists first. Took me half an hour to be served and pay. Five staff here but it feels like only one is serving customers. 😔

Junyi and Adam are kind and helpful, I was the last customer the store was closing but they dint rush me, infact they helped me wrapped all the bags I bought as they were gifts.

I have bought a wallet and provided my passport, but the cashier in the name of Yunice Tai Jia Jin did not register my GST refund. At the airport there was no record of the purchase of this wallet. very disappointing.

Staff is not accomodating - all of the staff are just taliking in the counter and not minding us at all . Nobody asisst us when we purchased shoes and bags . We dont have any option to transfer to another shop because we are rushing. Poor costumer service
