Chamoon Hotpot @ Scott’s Square L3 was established since 2008 serving premium individual hotpots . It will definitely leave a deep impression upon you once you tasted the clear fresh soup and fresh ingredients that live up to its company philosophy of health, freshness and quality in their hotpots. We had the Mala spicy Truffle based Matsutake which is their specialty , Bamboo fungus and cordyceps hotpot ( 1 cordycep presented in a mini glass tube with a panda display) with ala carte menu ingredients and extra orders of steamed hairy crab marinated with their house wine. The meat variety ordered : kurobuta pork , Angus beef short ribs, Marbled Tendon beef looked good in appearance and color , succulent, tender and really good. Another must order is the Tiger prawns which were very very fresh and plump to the bite, plus the staff offered to peel them if you preferred them to. The highlight was the imperial shrimp paste plate presented beautifully on a stand with 4 colour toppings : beetroot, scallion, mushroom and beetroot. The shrimp paste so bouncy, springy and the Q texture is superb. Chance upon 3 birthdays celebrations while dinning where the staff celebrated by singing birthday songs and good wishes to everyone, with 2 panda mascots walking about during the celebrations. Fresh fruits and Panda dessert was complimentary. Corkage is free for expenses above $200 or being a member of the restaurant. Overall good vibes from the welcoming ambiance, courteous staff , good food, panda mascots efforts & more (๑・̑◡・̑๑) . Highly recommended to celebrate special occasions here or just to enjoy hot healthy broth with fresh prawn and meat to nourish your soul

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing dining experience at Chamoon. We tried the A5 wagyu beef and black pork, and both were outstanding. The wagyu was rich, buttery, and melted in the mouth, while the black pork was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The matsutake soup was the best I’ve ever tasted—fragrant, comforting, and perfectly balanced. Truly an unforgettable meal. The highlight of the evening was the excellent service from Luna. She was attentive, professional, and very thoughtful with her recommendations. Her warm personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Chamoon for anyone looking for top-quality food and exceptional service. Will definitely be back!

I recently tried Chamoon Hotpot and was blown away by the quality of their ingredients! The broth was slightly on the bland side but it brings out the natural flavors of the food. The selection of meats and veggies was impressive. But what really stole the show were their mushrooms, they had some unique and delicious varieties that added an extra layer of flavor to the hotpot. It's clear they're using high-quality and special ingredients. The service was also top-notch. Highly recommend!

Went here for hairy crab as advertised but somehow they marinated all of them in the evening and didn’t offer the steamed version. Hotpot was okay, slightly on the pricier side but ingredients were generally ok. For me the “signature” beef ball didn’t have the right balance and it was made with a cheapened texture. “Signature bun” was also not the highlight. Mixed vege also had some… interesting salad vege choices that we didn’t feel apt for hotpot. The soups were quite good though.

A wonderful & satisfying family meal! Try the tomato- papaya soup, it’s so good u can have a few bowls by itself. We had 2 large plates of short ribs & Australian wagyu. It ends with a super cute panda mango pudding! On the house :)

Chamoon Hot Pot nails it for high-level business dinners. The vibe is sophisticated yet relaxed—private enough for focused talks, warm enough to keep conversations flowing. Service is spot-on: attentive without hovering, quick to refill broths or adjust heat, making the meal feel seamless. The hot pot itself? Top-tier. Fresh, premium ingredients (think tender wagyu, plump seafood) and rich, flavorful broths that please diverse palates. No messy missteps here. Conveniently located, easy to reach—practical for guests coming from across the city. For closing deals or connecting with clients, it’s the kind of spot that feels polished but never stuffy. Perfect for business: impressive enough to impress, comfortable enough to build rapport. We’ll be back. 5 stars.

My mate and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Chamoon. The food was top notch; the service staff (a special shout out to Joycelyn Pang - absolute champion) was impeccable and very delightful; the restaurant setting is cozy, elegant and sophisticated. We really enjoyed the overall experience and look forward to coming back again! I can’t recommend enough because they make everything so immaculate and tasty! One more thing, their signature soup base - mushroom/fungi is chef’s kiss!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the excellent service from the team! Especially Luna, as she helped to explain the menu and got us on the membership to enjoy the offers and packages. We had the set for 2pax and add on other items for 3 Pax. Price is reasonable for the quality and location.

mushroom soup here is nice and healthy, all the soup bases here ate less salt and less oil so its like healthier hotpot option. price is on the higher end but worth it as the service is good, staff is attentive and swift. quality of the meat and vegetable is also high and fresh. also its individual pot setting here so each get to pick own soup. recommending the vegetables selection here as there is lots of seasonal vegetables thats not easily found in singapore. white carrot alone had like 5 different typed and can taste the natural sweetness. dessert is greek yogurt with a candied panda, raisin and fresh dragonfruit. definitely a place for family to have meals as everything is balanced and suitable for all ages.
