Being a (picky) Asian, it's not easy to find good bak kwa. Alot of mainstream and commercialised bak kwa but their quality is not standardize. It's my first time trying Century bak kwa today and I must say they do not disappoint. First bite can taste the texture which is minced very skillfully so it doesn't taste too mushy. Theres an appropriate level of moisture in the meat such that if you bite more than a mouthful, it wouldn't be too dry. Sweetness is expected looking at the gooey marinated but with every flavorful bite into this jerky, it is acceptable. I may switch to Century for my go-to bak kwa from hereon.
I also tried the pineapple tart and must say it is a pleasant surprise. Very selective with pineapple tarts as there must be a right level of balance between sour and sweet, as well as fragrant yet not too chalky texture of the pastry. They have the right balance. The pastry melted in my mouth and I like the tinge of sourness in the filling, which hits your sensors in all the right ways.
I may have found my 2 favourite goodies in a single store this year!

Best bak Kwa in sg. Always reply very fast, and the bak Kwa and pork floss never ever disappoints. Can’t wait for them to R&D more new flavours so I can try all during family gathering. Love the texture and taste, not too sweet not too oily, always tender and thick. 👍🏻 👍🏻 perfect for gifting for corporate and family.

First time buying , and it did not disappoint. Nice fragrant.Full of flavor too!
[UPDATE] I am very happy that they opened the store at Wisma Atria. I often visit the store to buy their lapis, banana cake, and bakkwa.
My child really likes the banana cake and lapis.
The staff who serves us was so friendly too.

Wonderful find! Artisan food is always welcome to enrich our culture. This is base on our traditional bakkwa with a modern twist.
The shop is nicely decorated with upmarket feel but eventually it is the taste that do the talking. And they didn’t disappoint. The texture and taste is great. I also enjoy the slight smokiness of the charcoal grill. The sweetness is pronounced, almost to the edge of being sweet but just nice and enough to draw some reminiscence of the traditional taste.
Overall, it is good and worth giving it a try. Don’t get too addictive ( they really do ) as the price it high but it justify the quality and experience.
The service is great and friendly and it is a good buying experience. Well done!
