Physical showrooms are not common nowadays and am happy that I can see and feel the product before purchase. Bought a Bela Dining Table and Lawrence was very patient and kind with me. Good customer service!

Had a great experience here with Helen. She was friendly, had great product knowledge as well as very patient in understanding our needs and answering all our questions. Bought a dining table here thereafter! Helen was very receptive in replying to our post purchase queries thereafter as well as sharing on updates for the additional items we were interested in.

Crystal from Centrepoint Cellini was so friendly and patience selecting my fabric and giving me good advice as how to maintain the fabric. The delivery team was so careful and friendly when fixing the sofa. I am very happy with the colour which was recommended by Crystal.

The staff who handled my purchase was Jeremy. He is patient, no hardselling, and knowledge is very good. There were some hiccups with my delivery and I almost could not get my furnitures on the day I missed the delivery, but thanks to him, everything was settled nicely. Highly recommended thanks 👍 …
