Came here after lunch to have a their afternoon tea set (which is a slice of cake comes free coffee/ tea)
This outlet has bigger seatings vs Vivocity, Raffles City etc.
Their carrot cake is famous. But we are somewhat disappointed with our long black coffee for this outlet. It’s a tiny cup, and it’s wasn’t hot, and taste diluted compared to Vivocity (where I regularly patronized)

Rather cosy setting with comfortable spaced out seating area. Could possibly accommodate about 40 tables. Fairly quiet on a weekend afternoon. Coffee is decent. Staff are attentive and helpful. Nice view of the orchard road landscape you can stag a window seat.

Quiet vibe in corner of wheelock. Food standards maintained. Pasta nicely done and ingredients quite fresh. Portion are definitely on a bigger portion so worth it for the price. Shakes are not too thick and flavorful but still has the flavour that you ordered.
Servers serve request promptly. Not much crowd even during weekdays lunch hours.

Got a beef burger, steak pasta and dark chocolate cake. For the burger, I like the sourdough bread and the patty wasn’t too dry. Overall it was okay.
For the steak pasta, the steak was well done which isn’t very nice actually as it’s hard to chew.
Food here generally is good but service can be slightly better and the price maybe more affordable?

First time visiting this outlet, was there for lunch on Sunday, not crowded, appx 40% occupied. We were given a table for 2, while we asked for a bigger table since many tables were empty and available, however the lady server mentioned that those is for 4 pax. We also asked for warm water which never served. Food wise is ok, but the quality of service can definitely be better and improve.

It’s located conveniently at Wheelock mall which is a short distance away from Orchard mrt. The cafe is usually quiet during weekday except during lunch / dinner time and so far I’ve tried their main course and cakes and the taste are good. Please keep up the great work.

The food at Cedele Great World is consistently fresh and tasty, and that’s why I keep coming back.
However, the service really needs improvement. On several occasions, especially after 8pm, the attitude of the staff has felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable.
I truly enjoy the food, but sometimes I honestly wonder whether to stop coming because of how unwelcome you can feel when you arrive later in the evening. I understand timings can be difficult, but customers come when they can.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the food deserves the same level of warmth as the service should offer.

A good place for weekend hang out. Foods a bit pricey but prob expected for an orchard road outlet. The beef burger was delicious with juicy patty and a portobellos mushroom. Big enough for us to split into 2 portions. One for vegetarian and one for meat lover. Coffee was satisfactory. Bread was a little disappointing as I was expecting a little more from a bakery. Hummus was nice but butter still goes better. Ambience was very comfortable. Not too crowded for Sat lunch hour. Not too noisy for conversation.

Service by Ira was very welcoming, helped with christmas special enquiries and making our lattes for our brunch. Even sacrificed her time to talk to my spouse and i about what to buy. Carried by her two young colleagues and their manager whom we saw handling a customer ordering cake.

We visit the chain frequently as one of our favourites. Food quality is good and lot of healthy choices!
Wheelock Place branch on L3 provides a great view of orchard road as well! Usually this place is not so crowded as observed today .
Tried the Tea set for 2, it is not healthy! Too many creamy pastries and less of meaningful food . They should reduce the pastries and add more of sandwiches or give choices for same . The scones and croissants are nice. However , don’t intend to try it again and would stick to usual A La Carte menu .
Here the service and management is particularly poor , this have observed during earlier visits as well! Today they ran out of Ribeye at 3:30 pm! Earlier visits also , they usually never had all that is listed in the menu!
We like the Cedele food , but often get disappointed by the service in many of the branches! The management should seriously look into employing motivated service personnel and spend time and money in training them now that the group and brand is fairly big so as to retain loyal patrons , attract good quality ones and promote a healthy living in true sense , not just name sake !
