I have been thinking to treat my acne scars for awhile and decided to head over to caring skin after seeing many good reviews about them.
After my trial session, they recommended me this package with both fractional laser and hydrating facial to be used every alternate month. Fractional laser is a machine that targets acne pitted scars to boost collagen.
After about 11 sessions in total, I did not see results at all. It may be because my scars were bad hence it might take awhile to see improvement. However, what upset me was they did not recommend me to their sister clinic ‘CS medical aesthetic clinic’ and tried to upsell me to buy more package with them.
The overall experience was amazing for the hydrating facial, they will make you feel as relaxed as possible. On the other hand, my sessions for fractional laser made me question if the money was worth it. Almost every session there will be areas that were not targeted.
I’m writing this review to feedback and help anybody who is dealing with acne scars to head down to both caring skin and CS medical aesthetic clinic for a consultation before making a decision, because honestly the price is about the same. Whether you prefer relaxation or fast results it’s your preference! And to make you feel at ease, both clinics are about 10 mins away by walking distance.

I had a wonderful trial experience at Caring Skin! The therapists were very gentle with the extractions and made me feel comfortable throughout. The service was excellent, and my skin felt so refreshed after the session. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a soothing and professional facial experience!

Consultation with Kathy was comfortable and easy to understand. I liked how detailed the skin analysis machine was.
Treatment by Verna was very comfortable and relaxing as well, extraction was bearable.

Did a $98 trial session at Caring Skin. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was relaxing from start to finish. The staff were gentle and attentive, which made the whole session very comfortable. There was no hard selling after the session as well, which I really appreciate. Would definitely consider coming back for a full treatment.
