Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about multiple disappointing experiences with your brand at your Singapore store. Firstly, during a recent visit to the store while shopping for a backpack as a Christmas gift, I experienced extremely poor customer service. The sales associate was impatient and uninterested in assisting me. When I asked to view different backpack options, the staff member abruptly put the bag back before I had made a decision, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. It appeared that the associate had no interest in making a sale or providing assistance. In addition, there were several staff members in the store who seemed more focused on taking photos than serving customers. Overall, the experience felt like self-service, which is unacceptable for a brand positioned at a premium level. Secondly, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding a previous purchase. In October, I bought a backpack for my son’s birthday, along with a waist clip accessory. Less than two months after purchase, the waist clip tore during normal use. When I returned to the store to seek assistance, the staff member’s response was very disappointing. Instead of offering help or a solution, He questioned whether the damage was our fault and asked if heavy items had been placed in the bag. I do not believe this is a reasonable explanation, given the short period of use. No solution was offered only a suggestion to can stitch it back, which was confusing and unhelpful. This dismissive attitude left me feeling blamed rather than supported as a customer. Your brand is an American brand known for quality and service. I have experienced excellent customer service from your stores in the United States, which makes the poor service standards in Singapore especially disappointing. The level of service I received here does not reflect the values or reputation of your brand. I strongly urge management to review staff training, customer service standards, and product quality handling at the Singapore store. This experience has significantly affected my trust in the brand. I look forward to your response and a proper resolution to these issues. Lastly, I don’t even want to give 1 Star for the review Scott Square at Orchard

Friendly reminder to take time to check your purchases thoroughly before walking out the store... Do not let the impatient and rude staff pressure you. Only found out my t-shirt has a hole after first wash :(

I was called to check on a pouch that I wanted and when I reached, I told one of the lady that actually to me there still have 3 piece . So after work i took a grab from airport to the store , the girl with dye hair was so unfriendly and did not greet at all when I enter the store . And she proceed to served the couple which didn’t purchase . How ever I did my purchase but the service I got was so disappointing. Very bad service … these staff seem looking down on people … attach is the item I purchased .. I’m work in a luxury high-end also don’t look down one clients … every walk in has potential . Hope your management will look into this issue and investigate.

I am writing this review to express my distressing experience at the Carhartt store on Scott’s Road Singapore. I believe it is crucial for everyone involved—management and customers alike—to be aware of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by one of your employees, which I found to be shocking and unacceptable, particularly for a luxury retail establishment. During my visit, I encountered a male employee that’s sitting behind the computer , wearing glasses and a white shirt in the picture I have attached. His demeanor was incredibly rude and dismissive, giving me the impression that he was doing me a favor by accepting my business. I was prepared to make a significant purchase of approximately 3,000 SGD for my entire family, but his behavior turned the shopping experience into a very unpleasant affair. When I inquired about pant sizing—specifically whether the sizes were in US or Asian measurements—he responded by rolling his eyes, snapping at me, and raising his voice. I was taken aback by his attitude when I confronted him about his behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, he told me to leave the store, asserting that he did not need my sale. Additionally, it was clear that he lacked a basic understanding of the brand's sizing and products. His defensiveness only added to the negative environment, and it was evident that he could not provide any helpful information. This type of treatment towards customers is not only disrespectful but also damaging to the brand's reputation. I urge senior management to take appropriate action regarding this employee’s conduct, as it is vital for the team to uphold a standard of professionalism and quality customer service. I also hope this message also serves as a warning to potential customers about this employee's behavior. Thank you

Made a trip down to this store and tried to pick up some pants. Picked up a few and was told in a manner that no customer should experience. The staff weren’t helpful and one of them should really be trained in his soft skills instead of using of telling us off. His attitude borderlines between making customers look like idiots and looking down on you as an individual. Really should step up in their service or prolly go look for another job.

Went over for the 30% store wide sale. Reached the door at 8:38pm and was denied entry by a red haired girl even though the store was not crowded at all. She did not even come out to explain or speak to the customers waiting outside to cue. She simply did this 🙅🏻‍♀️ and went about her day. Video online said the store closes at 9:pm. We would understand if the store started closing at 8:45-8:50 but 8:38 seems unreasonable. Will not shop at carhartt sg at all. Horrible service.
