Dr Chan is one of the most hardworking people I know and he never stops! He is very experienced in what he does and very attentive to his patients' needs and concerns. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to address all your concerns before suggesting any suitable treatments. Been seeing him for over a year now and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking spa or aesthetic treatments.

Dr Calvin Chan has been my skin doctor for over 5 years. He is highly skilled and meticulous. When I first saw him, my skin was patchy and rubbery and all I wanted was smooth skin. In a very short time, he achieved this for me. Numerous friends have complimented me on my skin. I went to 3 different doctors before I settled on Dr Chan as my long term aesthetic doctor. His rates are some of the best and he has a long list of patients. Despite the clinic being busy, he has a very capable team on site. His staff are attentive, organised and friendly. They will give you advice and WhatsApp you to remind you of your appointment, or courier products to your home if you run out. They also have promotions across a diverse host of services from coolsculpting to lasers.The entire process is a seamless, one-stop positive experience. Visited him for the first time and after verbal consultation, I was prescribed with a cleanser, toner and scar lightening cream. After 2 days of usage, I experienced severe redness, itchiness and skin peeling on my face. I tried to contact Dr Calvin but the only answer I got was to TRY to use hydrating masks or sunblock (him and his staff assuming that I have them). I don't see how a certified doctor should be getting his patients to TRY on products instead of providing a definite solution. Upon requesting to book an appointment to visit him, I was not given a reply via message and after multiple calls to the clinic a day after the message, I was then told that the clinic is fully booked.

I am extremely disappointed at this clinic. I've spent few thousands on their Fortona 4D program, turns out to be a waste of money. Dr Calvin seems to be rushing for cases all the time, running between different rooms when serving the customers, without even telling customers that he is going to excuse him for a few minutes to attend another customer. I definitely do not recommend this clinic.
