I didnt buy anything this trip, but I found SAs at Burberry to be the friendliest, on a day when I had visited a bunch of different stores. Just wanted to commend their service. It left a great impression and I will look to them for purchases in the future

Love this brand. Whether clothings accessories, handbags, wallet etc the quality is very good, the design and so on. Good service by all staff

Rubbish service from the time i stepped in, horrible body language and tone. Questionable service standards from a brand of such. Glad i walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I bought my trench coat and have it altered. I tried checking if already available for pick up, NOBODY is picking up any of the contact numbers posted on their official websites. The sales who assisted was super accommodating during the selling process but now i cannot reach him nor the shop itself. Feels like a purchased it from a fly by night company. Is this the value i pay paid for?

Rubbish service by the china lady ask for advise also everything don't know then you work for an branded brand for what at least other brands company can give great advise .

Not that much to choose from. Only the a selected few items in big space. But a nice selection of the latest. Love Burberry.
