Went for my first brow thread and tweeze with Hera today, and it was a wonderful experience! She made sure I felt at ease throughout the process and kept checking in on me. I also really appreciated that she advised me on which brow shape would suit me best and how I should draw my brows moving forward.
Additionally, the receptionist (Amy) didn’t hard-sell any packages, but instead provided information in a way that felt natural and welcoming.
I’m really happy with how my brows turned out in the end—they look amazing! Overall, a pleasant and professional experience—I’ll definitely be back!

really amazing service from Hera and Candy. Received threading from Hera and she took the time to understand what I wanted and kept checking in with me if I felt pain which I appreciated. Candy answered my long list of questions regarding brow embroidery and even suggested me on the shape etc. I had an insightful session and I will definitely be back. I’ve been doing my eyebrows here and it’s great! I’ve done two rounds of it but I was sold the Lip Define package which I totally regret. The pain of doing it was like being at the dentist! They were like tattooing your lips and that wasn’t mentioned in the sales. This really wasn’t what I signed up for and I left with puffy fish lips to deal with for awhile :(
Review after 24 hours- I love that my lips have a colour now and I don’t have to apply lipstick even with a mask. But the pain of this service just needs to be made known to customers- that a tattoo needle will be used on your lips. I can’t imagine the fear and pain for customers who hate needles!
