I purchased an eyebrow package and have been coming to this location to have my brows tweezed and tinted for a few months now. I'd never tried tinting before and Fifi was excellent at explaining the procedure and putting me completely at ease. Fifi takes such kind care of me. She is precise and so gentle that it feels like a mini spa treatment when she works her magic. I always look great when she's done and it lasts 4-6 weeks between treatments. Fifi does such a great job, I will continue to see her and highly recommend.

I had an excellent thread and tweeze experience at Browhaus Paragon with therapist Kristen Pheng. She was not only extremely gentle but also meticulous in both her explanations and actions, which immediately put me at ease.

Fifi is a true master with brows and with over 14 years of experience at browhaus. Shes patient and extremely skilled at her work with the most natural looking brows ever. The only person I will trust fully across all the outlets on the island. Service at the front customer of this outlet is pleasant too!

Charlie is the best! My eyebrows are pretty tricky to shape and it took me many therapists before I found Charlie & have been going back ever since! She is very experienced, professional and friendly. I have also gotten compliments on my brows from my wedding MUA recently as well :)

Appointment fixed at 6pm, but waited 612pm for Browgraphy treatment. The therapist wanted to tweeze my brow then follow by colouring. I told her I always do colour first before tweeting, as previously I had bad experiences where the therapist tweezed my brow and did the colouring and cause reaction because of the hair root was just plucked up. When asked for senior therapist, the therapist was rude to storm out and spoke in mandarin to the receptionist, assuming I don't understand mandarin. First, she made me waited and then got upset when I wanted to do colouring first. zzzz I wanted to renew my package but decided not to due to this bad experience. Usually the service by Browhaus was always good, hence I have been going to them every month for the last 16 years.

I purchased the eyebrow resurrection l promotion at $200 plus a few months ago and booked the session at Browhaus Paragon. Just a week after that, the colour faded off and my eyebrows looked almost the same as pre-session. I went back to the outlet at Paragon and was told by the staff a couple of reasons why that could have had happened - (1) my skin was not absorbing the colour (2) i had not purchased the products they had asked me to buy and use prior to showering as that could help keep the colour from fading (3) I should purchase another session.
Truly disappointed. Not worth the spend. Never going back there.

Despite her being my therapist for a few years, she still never fails to delight me when I pay her a visit. Her level and quality of work is truly impressive and it just gets better over the years. Always friendly and cheerful. She carries out her job professionally and is meticulous in her work. She always ensure the job is well done before allowing her customer to step out. She doesn't hard sell but sells when she identifies a need from the customer

Been with Charlie for the longest time and I cannot recommend her enough for her skill sets and insane attention to detail.
