Absolutely wonderful place, I went to the outlet in Takashimaya (no idea why I can't find it on maps) and was served by this lovely gentleman called Omar (or was it Umar? I'm unsure of the spelling) who helped serve my uncle and I. We ended up buying a jacket from him. He elaborated on the fabric, canvassing and how to check if the jacket is too tight and whatnot. Kudos to him for helping us so thoroughly while his shop was packed with customers haha!

The most important thing to say is that the store has moved to the 3rd level of the central hallway in Paragon. I guess we should update that information on Google maps.
And now for the shopping. Today we bought my wife a charming office shirt. As always, very high quality and reasonably priced.

Visited outlet@ Takashiyama SC on 20/12/2023, Wai Loong is very professional and show initiative automatically.. Though he already knew beforehand that we only dropped by to check size due to Brooks exchange policy. He still attended to us with high standard of service. He kept brainstorming to find the best cardigan for my nephew. Thumb up for his excellent service. He will be an asset to Brooks and a good role model to his other fellow colleagues. However, we faced different sets of services on 16/12/2023 and 20/12/2023 at Paragon, it could be due to our too casual dressing yesterday. In fact, we could save trip to Taka if Sales have recommended our exchanged piece while we are there at first. It is the same design which Wei Loong found for us but Paragon got the correct size we needed.

The customer service is very good given the price you pay. If needed, ask them to check other stores for sizes. Ask the manager to suggest styles for you, they are well trained and know the range. Do some homework on their US website to get an idea before going.
To be honest, other than suits, some of Brooks Brothers' designs are very old fashioned with lots of jarring patterns and colour combis, they call it "traditional American" but it's out of touch with the modern look - clean and minimalist.
Nonetheless, they have the best polo Tees under $150 out there. The cotton is supima, best in the world, and they look solid and textured enough for going out but honestly feels real soft like pyjamas. For polos, they use minimalist block colours in nice melange for the lighter ones and rich colours for the darker ones. Be careful about the "seasonal" designs on sale as the colours/details can be just weird. A Brooks polo should be a classic, pay the full price, keep it aside a few days, and if u don't like it return it or exchange it.
