Chris and Esther were friendly and meticulous. They were helpful and the store had a good selection of Hermes and Chanel bags and accessories. We were looking at a Chanel classic flap and a pair of Chanel earrings. In the end, we got both at a fair price. We will be back!

Chanced upon Brand station when my wife and I were walking around the mall. My wife was thinking about buying a bag but did not commit to one. Esther attended to us and she made all the difference, we were happy to part with our hard earned money because Esther was so good at what she is doing.

Bought this lovely Birkin 30 black with nice staff. Esther is patient, and knew what I need. She promptly address my inquiries, and also provided details information of products. I got happy shopping experience. Prices are reasonable too! Will come back to shop again soon!
