Our daughter, has been attending Brainy Child Montessori Learning Centre since she was three years old, and as she prepares to graduate next month, we reflect on our wonderful experience with deep gratitude.
The school’s nurturing environment has been a cornerstone of her development. The teachers’ gentle approach, free from scolding or stress, has fostered a love for learning in her. Their unwavering patience and kindness have created a space where children feel safe and valued. She often shares how the teachers have never raised their voices, which speaks volumes about their dedication to positive reinforcement.
Admittedly, the school’s location in an older building initially gave us pause. However, upon visiting, we were greeted by the genuine smiles of both teachers and students. Even the more reserved children were eager to participate, raising their hands enthusiastically. This vibrant atmosphere quickly dispelled any concerns we had about the physical setting.
As we approach the end of this chapter, we are profoundly grateful for the positive impact Brainy Child Montessori has had on our daughter’s early education. The school’s commitment to fostering a loving and encouraging environment has set a strong foundation for her future learning journey.

So grateful that we managed to find Brainy Child Montessori in 2017 after a bad experience in another child care.
We started sending our first daughter, Anya, to the school’s Saturday Mom and Tot classes when she was 19 months old. After accessing by the teacher that she’s ready for drop off session, she then joined the weekday playgroup classes. We like that the school always respect the kids’ feeling and allow them to grow at their own pace. Anya enjoyed her time in the preschool from playgroup till her graduation from K2 end of last year. Thankful that all the teachers have prepared Anya so well for her primary school. She’s now adapting and enjoying her next learning journey in her primary school. With the low kid to teacher ratio, Anya has such a close knit relationship with her friends and teachers in Brainy Child Montessori that she would ask for chance to visit the preschool even after she started her primary school.
Our second and youngest daughters are currently in Brainy Child Montessori too. We feel happy to send them to Brainy Child Montessori as the teachers are very kind and attentive to kids. The teachers are friendly and updates parents of the kids’ development and progress promptly. The school is also well maintained, providing the kids with a clean and safe learning environment.

We have been going to brainy child Montessori since Hadleigh was 18 Mths. We are very thankful to the teachers for their passion in teaching her over the years. Tt Pam, tr Monica, tr Shilpi, etc, every one of the teachers have been so passionate and helped Hadleigh grow so much. At her other childcare that she goes to they are always amazed at her ability to complete the more challenging and creative art work, and her independence in completing many life tasks.We unfortunately have to stop for now but we will def be sending our son when he turns 18 months next time!

We are thrilled to share our experience with this wonderful Montessori preschool, where our daughter has been enrolled for the past three years. Over this time, she has blossomed academically—learning to read, write, and even grasp early math concepts—while enjoying every moment of it.
As working parents, we had limited time to teach her at home, but we are incredibly grateful for the school’s rigorous yet nurturing approach. The school strikes a perfect balance by maintaining academic excellence while staying true to Montessori principles, focusing on the individual needs and pace of each child.
The teachers are exceptional - highly experienced, caring, and truly dedicated to each child's development. The principal Ms. Monica Lim is equally wonderful, providing efficient leadership and a warm, supportive environment.
The small class sizes ensure that every child receives ample personalised attention, which has been invaluable to our daughter’s growth. Additionally, the school offers a range of exciting field trips, far surpassing the number and quality offered by other international schools in the area.
If you are looking for a preschool in the Orchard area or surrounding neighbourhoods, this school is the perfect choice. It ticks all the boxes for an enriching, well-rounded education, and as parents, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to enrol here. Our daughter often says she never wants to leave, and that speaks volumes about the positive impact this school has had on her.

My elder daughter had just graduated from Brainy Child and I would say they really prepped her well for her transition to Primary 1, and she is adapting well to the new environment and curriculum. My younger daughter is currently in Brainy Child too and she looks forward to school everyday, especially Teacher Pam's classes. I like that the classes are small and the teachers are attentive and caring.
Teacher Pam with child psychology background even goes the extra mile to give us advice and approaches to help our girls in their psychological development. Both of my girls grew very attached to Teacher Pam in school.
The school and Teacher Monica are always trying their best to be accommodative to our needs and difficulties, which i am so grateful for.
Have not regretted choosing Brainy Child over the other well-know childcare centers!
