Service staff abruptly closed ordering at 3pm quoting lack of manpower. To the Boost management, please handle this situation. Your service staff refuses to work!

I wanted to order a drink with the kids design cup via the kiosk but couldn’t find the option. Tried to ask the ONLY staff on duty and she straight out ignored me. I understand being the only staff is stressful but this brings customer service to a new low. Decided to order a drink via the kiosk first while waiting to ask her about the cup at the cashier. She finally looked at me after a long while and said “give me a minute”. Well, her “minute” meant 5 tubs of drinks that she was going to prepare. After my first drink ordered thru the kiosk was done, she still did not attend to my query. I had to keep shouting “excuse me, excuse me, excuse me” until she even decided to look at me. If you’re not tech savvy to use the kiosk or app or would like to get any merchandise with your drink, forget about getting any service at all. Oh and if you want to get the reusable cups, you can only order them thru the cashier manually. Terrible service at the 313 outlet.

Ordered the drink and the cup with not filled. As per other comments, the portion provided is not right - ie order a big cup but received a small cup’s potion. Flavour is also off. The young staff looks like they are there to just pass time. I thought they were zombies.

Boostjuice please render more help for your part timers. 1 person mending ordering drinks and stuff is not sufficient. Also, please train your staffs properly, they don’t even know there is a drink count (up to 10) for a free drink, nor operate credit card machine..
