Their dedication to customer service was evident in the way they promptly and generously resolved every issue I encountered. As I was on a tight schedule to leave Singapore, their swift and efficient actions made all the difference. They arranged replacements under warranty for several items, including the Shamir glasses and the Bolon portable glasses case-pouch, and kindly provided additional items: three Shamir microfiber cloths and one larger microfiber cloth. While the Bolon glasses frame was not replaced, it was carefully adjusted to resolve the concerns I had.

Not only their glasses are pretty and durable, their service is amazing too. I had my frame replaced for free due to corrosion. You can also drop by anytime to get your glasses cleaned and adjusted.

The eyeglass designs are very innovative, and the optometrist Kay was extremely skilled in making recommendations. He was also very professional in assisting with eye exams and adjusting the prescription on the spot. It was an excellent experience.

Great experience here. Thanks to the professionalism of Kay and Patrick. Have changed from 5 stars to 1 star as the specs I made really lousy. Keeps slipping as the nose bridge keep slipping so changing my progressive lens focus. They have limited range of plastic specs I wanted. In the end, try out another shop (spectacle hut) to make new pair of specs. :(

My bf and I recently went here and the staff, Nick, welcomed us warmly. He helped us choose an affordable package as well as recommended us the best type of lenses to get. His service is really good and even offered me a chair to sit on when I was waiting for my bf to come and collect his spectacles in the store.
