Boggi Singapore (Paragon) has staff that all retail should learn and model customer service standards towards. Special mention to staff Mazlan. He had taken the trouble and effort to follow up with me on a request close to a month after. Most retail staff elsewhere would have taken down my phone and probably that's the end. Mazlan took trouble to follow up on 2 occasions when I was overseas and could not come to the shop to view item.

My compliments to Leon - he really makes a difference as he provides personalised service. First, he offered to bring a smaller size of the blazer I tried from warehouse and followed up with a text to me when it arrived. He is really very knowledgeable and knows the range of merchandise inside out. He is also friendly, giving valuable advice. He really makes shopping at Boggi a great experience. Needless to say, I bought the blazer and something else he recommends.

Great Services rendered by The Store Manager by the name of Leon? Attentive and give suggestions base on the customer needs. My shirt measurement was taken accurately, allowing me to wear comfortably without worrying. He later on provided prompt update on the collection. Would highly reccomend Boggi and Leon.
