For the Lipo Killer, I recommend trying with therapists Cheng Cheng and Sze Mee; they’re very kind and professional, ensuring a seamless treatment from start to finish. Ngl, i found this treatment is really effective, and it’s totally painless, with no discomfort feeling at all. Just slightly warm and a bit of tingling sensation; I even fell asleep. Hahaha 😅
For the manicure pedicure, huge shoutout to Catherine and Jenny; they were so detailed and very skilled; just look at the amazing nail that I did with them! 😍😍😍 Can't wait to come back again next month!
Oh, and what i like the most, there’s no hard selling at all, so no need to hesitate; just come here to do your beauty treatment, and you can thank me later! 🤣🥰

Wonderful nail spa. Catherine took care of and I’m so happy with my mani-pedi treatment! She was so meticulous and did everything I asked for so perfectly! The staff is welcoming as well and the rates are reasonable for Singapore. They also don’t charge “tourist prices” like at the other places around, which is a big deal! Definitely come here to get your nails some TLC the right way! 🫶

Almost every single facial sessions the beautician will ask to top up/ add on/ to buy more sessions. Very irritating. Beautician will offer a very costly price, when reject them then beautician will say ok la will use her own points to cut the cost then the price goes down almost by 50% 🙀 Would not recommend to others due to hard-selling +++++

My first time here doing facial treatment here at BodyWerkz. The service was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Hebe was professional, very knowledgeable and confident. The equipment here they used was state of the art. Kudos to the team and will be back.

Did their lash lift, very satisfied with the results! The lady was meticulous and attentive to my needs throughout, and constantly checked in if I'm ok or if I'm cold, to ensure top comfort. Tempted to be back for other services. :)

I had my classic mani pedi done today with Jenny. Everything was peaceful and done proper from the start. The massage chair, hot towel after exfoliation but most of all service is just spot on. The whole vibe and aura of the place is just great. I will be back for sure !

extremely sucky service from the people of this outlet, giving you patronzing replies with sarcasm. they will not be bothered to entertain your request after you have signed a package w them. all they do is to throw in tons of excuses to shoo you off.
edit: can't believe it took you 6 months to reply to my review. I would therefore not trust that you will address this to your staffs. In addition to my above complaint, why I said they gave excuses to shoo you off: the counter girls were either ignorant or were given permission from the managers to not answer to my queries. Kept saying "I don't know, I'm not sure".
When I asked to speak to the management, she became a mute but the only thing she could let out of her mouth was on repeat "you can just send an email to Bell, she's the management".
So obviously, Bell was the one who gave instructions to them and with the support of Bell gave them courage to talk back to customers. This action just shows how irresponsible your management is. Since Bell is the management seriously hope she's not the one handling the google reviews replies because she's not fit to do so. Basically your staffs only acted like they are nice in front of you. I saw someone mentioned in the reviews that they don't hardsell? I'm like ??????? Hey, each time WITHOUT FAIL in midst of my session OR after session they tried to induce me to adding other treatments that sort of acts as a booster and whatnot and each time giving black face after I reject. I've since not went back even though I still have quite a few sessions to complete.
reminder: If ever you have any chance to trouble them for whatever reason, they will give it back to you. Their service is despicable ttm. Stabbing your back but smiling to you at your face. iykyk. please do not be deceived easily.
