A soso eating experience as there is no ambience and the food is ok if you’re not fussy. The fries are quite dry and the sauce is overly salty. The pasta is really overly salty and doesn’t seem to have much cooking skills required. The ordering system is really very DIY. Overall ok if you’re pressed for halal food and there is a captive audience.

Coming here there is no staff informing customers that it’s free seating. There was a queue and no staff came to inform us it was free seating until I walked to the pick up counter to ask. I even had to ask how to order, there should be like a simple sticker on each table to tell people how to order the food.
And when the food came, it’s absolute trash. The steak I ordered taste like it was cooked in garbage water. I only ate half of it because I was hungry and needed something for sustenance. Even the fries was shit.
The western food in a hawker is cheaper and tastier than this shit. Never coming here again.

had the grilled chicken chop with aglio olio…. waited 20 min for food. could see at least 4 other tables waiting as well all looking impatient. when food was ready, it was ready all at the same time so the server had to take time to call each of our buzzers to come collect food. all in all a very slow service. restaurant was not crowded at the time (about 7 occupied tables).
grilled chicken chop and black pepper sauce was tasty. aglio olio was really bad… zero garlic taste. i could have made it better myself.
sound system had some problem so the music kept jumping. very annoying. staff did not seem to bother at all.
i would not eat here again.

The food here is good, though a bit salty. Overall, the experience is good, the portions are generous, and the prices are good.
I ordered a combo that included fries, salad, and mushroom soup.
The staff even gave me a complimentary bowl of their signature tomato soup, which was a huge plus!

This halal western food restaurant nestled in the basement of Centrepoint is a hidden gem! It looks like an unassuming eatery on the outside, but they serve great Western food combos at affordable prices. As they are self-service, they do not charge service charge (tipping is optional).
We were actually pleasantly surprised not just by the variety of options here, with different kinds of pastas, mains and sides; most of their dishes are hits! Their tomato soup is creamy, fresh and rich in tomato flavour. Their garlic bread is amazing. Their pastas are balanced in taste, and their roast chicken falls off the bone while retaining crispy skin. The only slight miss here was their Dory fish set-- the fish was a little dry and the corn on the cob had a peculiar taste.
Overall a cosy eatery worth coming back to for comforting Western food.

Nice and spacious seating. Value for money with reasonably priced options. No service charge but do give a tip if you like

Order via QR code on table, paid $45 upfront. No receipts given, waited 20+mins before staff came to check and make sure we ordered. Even then no food came. I went back to same server to ask if he was following up, nope. I told him there was no more dockets on kitchen side, before he went to print receipt to check with kitchen; only then they started to make my food. We had to collect our food but they took their time to buzz the table buzzer.
Portions were small for the pasta and nachos (sauce on nachos were cold). The mix grill looked dry, chicken was still pink and was bland, sausage was very salty, pepper sauce was too spicy.
The only reason there were many customers is because its halal eatery.

Don’t waste your time.
We came here to celebrate my friend’s promotion but instead he felt demoted. The quality of food was a surprise. But not the surprise that we were hoping for. It was so shockingly bad that my friend couldn’t finish chewing and gave me a shock instead.
Maybe we just ordered the wrong items, so based on this, please avoid the “pasta” (no Italian in the world would accept their pasta dishes as part of their cuisine), the chicken, the lamb, the steak, the rice and the iced milo.
On the bright side, the service staff were really friendly - Lova provided excellent service and I would’ve come back if the food was as good as the service.

Not so crowded around Sun lunch time. Ordered food and it arrive promptly. Taste wise was good. You can choose either rice, pasta or side sides with the main dish. Spacious seating as well. Good for family meal.

Tough chicken and meat. Soup was the only nice thing and even then, it tastes like campbells. "Salad" is just sauce and lettuce. Fries are unsalted and cold. Rice is clumpy, didnt cook with enough water I think. For $21 I would have expected better but somehow I've tasted hawker western stalls that are nicer and halved in price. Wont be coming back.
