Nice place and ambience is great.
Went for their White glow facial as featured in the recent star awards on TV.
My face glow and brighten up, looking more energetic. My beautician Lina definitely done a great job! Her shoulder and scalp massage is totally distressing and i have never experience before in any other beauty salon. The duration is long enough for anyone to fall asleep! Taken up a package with them with a reasonable price.
So looking for ward to my next appointment.

I started doing my hair colour with Bioskin in May 2023 as the natural ingredients they use helps to maintain my hair in good condition. Lisa, the hair therapist who does my hair colour is not only conscientious, skillful and careful but also friendly and caring. She always ensure that I'm comfortable and enjoy the experience. She does share some of the benefits of other treatments e.g. scalp care or deep cleansing but she does not 'hard-sell' them to me, which I appreciate. I understand cross-selling is part of the company's marketing effort and the staff is tasked to cross-sell their other services, but when a customer says they are not keen, it is appropriate not to push the products to customers further as it would jeopardise the whole customer experience. So kudos to Lisa for her professionalism. I was there today for my hair color, took out my ear rings, wrapped them in a tissue paper and placed them on the table and forgot about it. Called Bioskin and they managed to locate them. Thanks to Lisa and Ellah for their kind assistance to search for it. And also to Serene for scheduling my next appointment as well.

I had a wonderful experience with my beautician Angel and the therapist Alice.
They are professional, gentle, and very attentive to detail. They made me feel relaxed and pampered throughout the entire session. My skin feels amazing after the treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality beauty care.

I would like to commend my therapist, May Mao, for her exceptional service. She provides both facial and hair treatments for me and is always responsible, meticulous, and dedicated in her work. May takes great care to ensure every session is done well, whether it’s a facial or a hair treatment. Her facial massage is truly therapeutic, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and comfortable after every visit.
I would also like to express my appreciation to Xavier, the consultant. He is a true gentleman—gentle, friendly, and professional. What I particularly value is that he never pressures customers into making purchases, which is a rare and commendable quality. Many customers, myself included, do not appreciate being coerced into buying treatments or products, especially when we already have ongoing sessions. Xavier respects customers’ needs and feelings and is very attentive to their body language, especially when they are not ready to purchase or extend a package.

I have tried many different aesthetic salon, but Bioskin really stands out. From the moment I stepped in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff are very professional, and most importantly, there is no hard selling at all. They focus on what my skin truly needs — which is so different from other places I’ve been to.
My skin is aging and I needed proper care. The managers patiently explained the treatments that would suit me best, without pushing unnecessary packages. Their service is genuine, caring, and always customer-focused.
After visiting many aesthetics places that pressured me into buying, I was honestly scared. But Bioskin gave me a completely different experience — I could finally relax and enjoy the treatments. Because of their excellent service and professionalism, I’ve decided to stay with them. Highly recommended!

Simpily loved the hair color from korea. It totally covers my greys!
Saw they advertised on FB, and just want to give it a try. No chemical smell, no itchy on scalp too. Most important my hair feels soft and managing. Thank u my stylist Win for the wonderful shampoo massage. V relaxing.

I brought my friends here to try Bioskin's Ozone Scalp Treatment to celebrate one of my friends' birthday. Staff were friendly, the treatment was very good with relaxing head massages and herb treatments. I particularly like the fact that the staff doesn't push for package sales after the treatment. They just briefly mentioned there's a package and when I said I wasn't interested they didn't continue to push for it. My two friends enjoyed their treatments very much too.

Did a scalp package with Jane Ma and the treatments helped to calm and relieve my scalp greatly. Each session felt like a luxury and I always look forward to pampering myself here. Jane always provides excellent service and I recommend her!
