Mandarin gallery has calm ambience, has been loving this brand for over 10 years. I prefer going during non peak period, easier to grab my preferred stuff. Sales advisor Alinah serve me many of times with a pleasant smile, not pushy in sales but she has good taste & recommendation, and I trust her pick. Hope to see this store stay put in coming years.

Mega sale up to 60 % at the end of year. Good store, great server, honest, always giving good suggestions. Store location at orchard rood, mandarin Plaza, a lot of stuff here, dont forget bring enought money before you enter this store. 60% already sold out for bag, mac 40%.

I came to the store as a pearl necklace I bought 3 months ago turned yellow and asked for advice. However, the two sales assistant were completely ignorant and rude. The lady spoke to me as if it were my fault and claimed it could be due to my “sweat or perfume”. When I asked further, she said the store did not do any polishing services and said it was weird since they did not receive other complaints, implying I was at fault for the state of the product. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. She proceeded to walk away when I was in the middle of examining the product as well… Conversely, I received the complete opposite treatment at the ion outlet where the friendly sales assistant immediately processed an exchange for me without further ‘interrogation’. Please improve upon your service and train your staff members accordingly in the future

Service staff at Takashimaya are not good especially the young guy whispered while we’re looking around make us felt disrespectful and not in professional manner.

I love the brand but the reason of the 5 stars is the excellent service provided by Shahid. It deserves recognition! He goes out of his way to exceed expectations! Thank you Will buy again just because of him!

A nice shop along Orchard Road. Many stylist clothes, shoes, bags from Bimba Lola. They have offers from time to time.
