Had a great experience with May & Ruth. They were very patient and not pushy even though we needed some time to make our decision. They guided us by eliminating options all the way from choosing of the type of diamond to the color of ring. They also provided ways to help us work within our budget.

Bought a customised ring for my engagement from them in a short time frame. They were nothing but accommodating, reassuring and helpful in every process of the way. They were helpful to work around my budget and gave me insightful advice on what I should consider. It was my first time buying a ring this expensive so I wasnt sure on what to look out for. Furthermore, I decided to go for a custom design and only had a short time frame to work with. They help me expedite the ring making process, it was truly a touching act on their part. The staff were very professional and attentive to detail. When we first came to the store to plan the design, the designer was very patient with us as we had a lot of request and was not very sure on what we want yet. But with the help of the designer, we came up with one and we really like it.
