ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE! went there on 23/12 at 5pm. Took the last box of biscuit intending for a gift for my christmas exchange present. Took to counter only to realised have to pay cash so took the staff that i want that biscuit and told her i am going to withdraw money first. (cash payment for less than $20) Went around ion orchard for 15 mins to withdraw cash. After i went back to shop with cash, auntie staff told me that that box has been sold when i have specifically told her that i want that box of biscuit!!!! SO ANGRY. BERYL'S PLS TRAIN ALL YOUR STAFF. (staff working on 23/12 at 5pm) Wasted my time and effort. What a lousy terrible service. Never ever going to patronise your shop again with these type of service. 0/5 if possible 😒

First time visiting the shop, was seeking information about the product. Taken aback with rude impatient respond from the staff. 1st and last time to the shop. not cool to treat your customer this way.
