Alight at Orchard red MRT line and take a 10 mins walk to Takashimaya. Benjamin Barker is located at basement 2 which you will see when you travel down the escalator or Takashimaya that's located near the level 2 pick up and drop off point.
Benjamin Barker provides affordable fashion that's comfortable for men. Their interior decor of each retail outlet are easily recognizable by how organized, classy and yet simple at the same time. The design of their clothing lines are simple, with the material used in their men's apparel being durable yet smooth and comfortable, similar to how they designed all of their store front.
With plenty of outlets in Singapore, I am impressed with how they have cultivated the attitude of their staff in their outlets. The floor staff were not only helpful but friendly and professional at the same time.
There is an ongoing sale, if there are any considerations to experience and get a feel of their apparel, the best time would be now.

Love the clothes and shop ambience but staff Nuqiyah could really use a smile.
Went back to exchange a size and asked if I could try an ironed L size piece and she seemed rather unwilling to help. Just not very friendly throughout the whole process, which makes me not wish to return (at least to the same outlet).
Maybe slightly brighter lights in the fitting room too?

Hesitated to write a review but I felt that others should know what to expect of their poor customer service if you want to buy from this outlet. Went there last december to buy a few Tshirts, so I asked for a bigger size since the one on display was too small. staff said he would serve us after he finished serving the first customer. After serving the first customer, he jumped and helped the customers AFTER us. Disappointing and outrageous, and their attitude towards us was so disrespectful too. On top of that, there were at least THREE staff that were there that saw us trying to purchase something, yet they all turned a blind eye. I wasted 15 precious minutes just waiting for NOTHING. You should send your staff for a proper customer service course. This is so disappointing, you may as well go to wet market to buy clothes with this kind of customer service.

Echoing the other negative reviews here - went to this location to purchase a present and had the worst customer service experience ever. Both of the female staff were unwilling to help, incredibly rude, and seemed like they didn't want any business. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've definitely not patronised this store.
