Has always been a great experience and fun time with her. Love how she shapes my brows and it doesn't hurt at all. Definitely recommend if you want to have "brow-vo!" at the end of the session :) .

My first brow wax was done by Nurul. Read many good reviews about her so decided to choose her. So glad I made this choice as she's really skilled and helped give me very neat eyebrows. Have visited her since and she will continue to be my trusty eyebrow stylist.
The time Nurul was not available, Queenie helped did brow wax for me and she's good too! Friendly and very comfortable to talk to. Would highly recommend both Nurul and Queenie if you want neat and pretty eyebrows. Trust me, you will not regret it. 🥰

It’s so disappointing they changed the way you can make an appointment and can only do so if you walk in. It’s very inconvenient, and I have gone to two different brow bars at least 5 times this week to walk in and make an appointment and there is never anyone at the benefit brow bar station to help make an appointment or even take an appointment. Then for whatever reason, none of the other Sephora staff can help take down appointments. So disappointing I use to use these services all the time and the ladies did a good job, but there is no point if the system to take appointment is so inefficient. Also not sure her name but the only time I have managed to make an appointment since they instilled this ridiculous system, the lady doing brows at the Ngee Ann City outlet is so rude for no reason whatsoever, especially when you try make an appointment.
