Had a cookie craving so i decided to try ben’s cookies. Staff was friendly and patient. Got the praline and chocolate flavour and it was good! It had a nice caramelised taste and contained nuts, which gave the chewy cookie a nice crunch. It was a little pricey at $3.90 a cookie, but for this quality i am not complaining. Would patronise again 👍🏻

Best cookies ever! Luckily I didn’t have to wait. When I bought the cookies they were still warm and smelled so good. Very soft, chewy, gooey, dense and moist. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.

such a pity that the rating is so low, but it might be from the mismatched expectation for crunchy cookies :(
if youre a fan of softer chewy cookies, this is the pick for you! its also quite affordable if you get the box of 7 deal, especially with how expensive baked treats are getting these days.

First visit here since they reopened in Singapore - was trying to hypothesise why they closed in the first place considering there’s a consistent queue at the shop, leading to stock out multiple times a day.
We had to wait 15 minutes for the flavour of our choice since it was cooling and decided to opt for an alternative before they all ran out.
At $3.90 a piece it was certainly not cheap, a 90 cents increased if we recall correctly, from before they closed down previously..
Nonetheless, it’s my wife’s choice of cookies and we will certainly revisit in future 👍🏻

Love the texture of the cookie - gooey, soft and moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Matcha chocolate was a little sweet, but the taste of matcha isn’t very strong.

5stars for cookies, 3 stars for service. I buy the 7 cookies box often for my kids who love the chewy chunky flavoursome cookies, for sgd19.50. While picking out cookies today, I asked for a particular bigger piece instead of the default piece which was significantly smaller. The service staff ROLLED her eyes at me. Minus 1 star for this gesture. Best flavours - dark choc, macademia, cranberry white choc, matcha n white choc, lemon.

We bought a box of 7 cookies
It was super yummy & cookies it should be however the let down was the packaging, they wrap it on continuous liner then filed up 2 cookies each row, when i wanted to eat my favorite flavor it was on the bottom, to take out i need to transfer carefully one by one just to reach the bottom, it also breaks the cookies on top on doing so. Ben cookies you need to improve your packaging please as it ruined the experience of indulging in a nice cookies 🍪
Great thing i like your cookies as not so sweet just perfect except the packaging.

Just re-opened and there was a long queue streaming in ! We were probably 6th in line but waited for about 15 minutes. Smells so good! A display of the allergens were placed at the front which was helpful to know what is in each cookie.
There was an ongoing promotion but their Wisma Atria specials were out of stock already :(
We bought the BUY 5 FREE 2 bundle for $19.50. Not a bad deal considering 1 is aleady $3.90. Cookie were room temperature and quite big and ingredients were quite generous while not being too sweet. Love the fact that it's still quite moist inside without crumbling like a biscuit.
Overall, I would say its a good cookie shop 🍪 4/5 🌟 Price point is a little high, but a good price to for a quick mid day perk me up! But would I queue 20 minutes for this? No.

The cookies are so good! $3.90 for a piece is reasonable given it’s size, as compared to FA, NC or even Starbucks and other cookie outlets. It’s chewy and tastes amazing. Only downside is that it’s tooo soft, can’t hold it properly without breaking.

Totally disappointed with it after they reopened. It was not a cookie. It was a cake. Soft and mushy and I suspect they put the cookie there for hours. Was never the same texture and taste I had last time!
