Went for a gown fitting, and Jo was professional and friendly. We connected well, and she was able to recommend pieces that were most suited for my body shape, and even the types which I didn’t know would look good on me before.
The studio has a wide selection of designer gowns, and they are on the pricier end. However, upon trying the gowns you can definitely tell that the workmanship is splendid.

Sally is fantastic. When my mom and I stumbled upon Belle & Tulle without an appointment, Sally gave us warm welcome and proceeded to spend the next hour and a half pulling gowns for me to try. Compared to the other bridal appointments I had in Singapore, this experience was the best—no pressure to commit to a gown that day and no limit to how many gowns I could try. Beyond that, we were fortunate to find someone so experienced and knowledgable and with such a good eye. Sally was very responsive to my gown preferences and kept my budget in mind. She also encouraged me to try on different styles that I hadn't picked out, but which ended up looking great. When I found the right gown for me, Sally had excellent recommendations on how to style it and what alterations were needed. She and Debbie also helped arrange rush alterations (with a turnaround time of just 3 days) so I could take my tailored gown back home to the US. I couldn't recommend Belle & Tulle more!

Rather disappointed at the service. Similar to a fellow reviewer's experience, the moment I walked in, the sales lady kept "looking up and down" on my attire and repeatedly reminded me that their gowns were for sale and not for rental. I assured her that I was open to purchasing but she kept emphasising that. I also asked her for recommendations and her response was that all their gowns are displayed and I can have a look on my own. Would definitely not recommend the service here.

I love the selection of Lela Rose gowns they had. The women who work here are extremely knowledgeable. There was a gown that I saw on the hanger that I presumed would not look good on my body type, but after trying it on it turned out to be my favorite! Place your trust in the staff here. They know what's up!

Veronica and Sally were incredibly helpful and attentive. They are really experienced and know what they're doing. They take your preferences into consideration and find dresses that look great on.
Bought my wedding dress here and I know I'll be getting a great dress and the best service from these lovely ladies.

Went for sample sale with a friend. I know the caveat emptor principle (buyers beware) but a professional salesperson should highlight if there’s any defect with the gown. Even any high street retail shop assistants always remind us to check the goods first as sale items are non-refundable. Unfortunately we were blinded with the gown and did not check due to the rush too. Bought a defective gown and only realized when we got home. Felt that the omission to highlight the defects is dishonest.. lesson learnt, must check thoroughly before committing!
