Enquired about a product here from the official website and the two rude PRC staff loudly berated me and claimed it is no longer in production. I then went to the Paragon branch and got the product there instead.

Dropped by to purchase some products yesterday evening around 845pm. Was browsing some products with my friend when a bespectacled staff that was rearranging mooncakes by the side mimicked our laughter in a manner that came across unpleasant. It felt like she was mocking our reactions which was rather uncalled for. Other staff were helpful but this encounter left a bad taste.

Very friendly team at takashimaya bee cheng hiang. Ray is really friendly and omg.. I'm so amazed. He knows so many languages. Initially I thought I heard wrongly. But when he spoke again. Wow!! He knows many different languages! Bakkwa all freshly bbqed.. super yummy!
